
How to use EnduraPower:
Because of the intensity of Enduro Riding, (plus the ambient temperature and the heat from the protective clothing – including the helmet) the hydration needs to be higher than other sports (like cycling, MTB, Running, Trail etc)
Mix 2 scoops of EnduraPower per litre of water. Do not water it down! So your 3 litre hydration pack will have 6 scoops of EnduraPower.

So how much EnduraPower should you drink? For Enduro Riders ONLY…(Other sports go here..)
Bodyweight x 10ml or 11ml /hr. (Although, this may vary according to personal preference).
For example, if you weigh 90kgs, then you should drink 900ml -1 litre per hour. Your 3 litre hydration pack should last you ~3.5 hours. Read more here
