- Because junk foods are readily available in the house/ office drawer!!!… Clear it out – Make it a hassle to get your hands on it. It’s usually an impulse to de-stress or procrastinate, not a physical need.
- Stress, procrastination, distraction or delay… How many times have you opened the fridge leading up to that stressful deadline…?
- Sleep – Not getting enough sleep disrupts your hormones – both ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and cortisol increase, packing on bellyfat.
