Lose fat…An EASY tasty meal plan! YUM!

EASIEST Meal Plan to Cut Fat: LeanPlex with Fat-Less

With LeanPlex and Fat-Less

Around breakfast time: 4 x Fat-Less

Breakfast:

  • 2 scoops of LeanPlex in ~300mls water.

OR

  • One whole egg and a small bowl of unflavoured oats (Note: if you need flavour, simply one scoop of LeanPlex to the oats)

Top up sometime in the morning with a fruit.

Eat an early Lunch: A balance of protein, ‘earth’ carbs and healthy fats
Around lunchtime: 4 x Fat-Less

  • PROTEIN: One portion (about size of your palm) of chicken / lean red meat / fish.

  • ‘EARTH’ starchy CARBS: One small portion: potato / sweet potato / brown rice / squash (butternut / pumpkin / gem squashes). (Limit bread and pastas)

  • ‘EARTH’ watery CARBS: One very large portion of steamed / raw veggies / salad.

  • FATS: One/two dessert spoons of extra virgin (cold pressed) olive / coconut / flaxseed oil /  handful of nuts / some avo

(Best is to cook double quantity night before).

Mid-Late Afternoon (~30 minutes before the customary hunger-monkey arrives)

  • 2 scoops of LeanPlex in ~300mls water.

  • Optional: 1 Fruit

Dinner: Same as lunch – A balance of protein, ‘earth’ carbs and healthy fats (see lunch above) and cook double quantity for lunch.
