How to Get FREE courier!….And other things to note when ordering online…
Free Courier:
Cites and towns within SA: Orders over R1050 = FREE courier
Use STREET Code (not P.O.Box Code)
Very important!! When you place your order, please make sure that you enter the STREET code of your address, NOT the box code… If you enter the box code, the system will automatically charge you the MAX courier fee and you won’t get FREE courier! (This is because the system cannot recognise a BOX address) Double-check your STREET code here)
A Note from our Tech Guy…
When you register on our site (to place your very first order), please check your JUNK folder for emailed comms from us. We will email you a password.
If / when you change your password, best is to use ‘copy and paste’ to keep the exactness of your new password. (Obvious… I know, but so many get caught!)
Once you have registered on our site, you have a maximum of 3 Login Attempts with your password each time (to place an order). If you exceed this, the system will lock you out: You will not even be able to see the site! It will give you a “404” screen. This is to protect against hackers.
If you have locked yourself out, you may need to clear the cache on your device; OR use a different browser (this is easiest); OR use another device.
If you need help resetting your password, simply whatsapp me, Megan 0836380277 and I will do it for you.
Remember to check your junk folder for emailed comms from us!
Payment method: Direct Transfer EFT only. No cash deposits.
Please note that we need to process your orders manually on the system, so it may take a few hours for “Processing” to show on your order – especially if you place your order out of shop hours/ weekends/ Public holidays.
Our bank details will be on our reply email to you. (Remember to check your junk folder!)
We dispatch after we receive your POP.
Couriers collect daily early afternoon. Best is to whatsapp your POP to me directly 0836380277 (Megan) or forward the POP from the bank to yourself and then on to me: megan@paceandpower.co.za … Reason? Sometimes the bank’s POP does not arrive in our Inbox on time for that day’s courier collection.
Note: To catch today’s collection, you’ll need to order and send through POP before lunchtime.
Occasionally…Murphy’s Law pops up, so order early!
Changing/ adding to your Order:
If you wish to go back and amend your order, please click on “Recalculate” once you have made the changes, so the system removes the courier charge (if your order has been increased to over the minimum amount). If you’re not sure, send me a whatsapp and I’ll amend the order (and the courier) for you.
Delivery Time:
1-4 WORKING days after we receive payment. (No collections or deliveries on weekends or Public Holidays).
Some examples…
Johannesburg = Usually 1-2 working days
Pretoria and surrounds = Usually 1-2 working days
Durban = Usually next working day
PMB, KZN North and South Coasts = Usually 2 working days
Cape Town, Stellenbosch etc and surrounds = Usually 2-3 working days
Eastern Cape – PE, EL and surrounds = Usually 2-3 working days
Plettenberg Bay = 2-3 working days
Free State – Harrismith, Clarens = 2 working days
Rustenburg = Usually 1-2 working days
Middelberg = Usually 1-2 working days
Nelspruit = 1-2 working days
Krugersdorp = Usually 1-2 working days
Polokwane, Limpopo = Usually 1-3 working days
(We’re not limited to the above list – this is just to give you an idea of delivery time, so that you can plan your ordering)
Only one delivery address per order.

You can collect your order from our physical premises in Sunninghill (pay card, cash or EFT). But remember to book an appointment if it’s your first time visit, OR if you have questions.

Mon-Fri: 9h15 to 15h00
Saturdays 8h45 to 11h00
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
If you can’t collect during the above hours, then we will arrange to leave your goodies at Moove Reception. (EFT only)
Moove Reception is open these hours for collection only by arrangement
Mon to Fri: 05h00 tom 21h00
Sat: 06h00 to 18h00
Sunday and Public Holidays: Subject to change.
Returns Policy:
Please be certain of your purchase (including your choice of flavour/size) as there are no returns. A product is considered contaminated once it leaves us.
