Courier Prices and Delivery:
HOW TO GET FREE COURIER! Read this before ordering 🙂
Major centres in SA: Orders over R1200 = FREE courier
Major centres in SA: Orders less than R1200 = Pay R120
Little towns in SA: Orders over R2500 = FREE courier
Little towns in SA: Orders from R1200- R2500 = Pay R120
Little towns in SA: Orders less than R1200 = Pay R180
Little towns in SA: Orders over R1200 = Free Post OFFICE (not Postnet)
Delivery Time: 1-4 WORKING days after we receive payment. (No collections or deliveries on weekends or Public Holidays).
Johannesburg = Usually 1-2 working days
Pretoria and surrounds = Usually 1-2 working days
Durban, PMB = Usually next working day
KZN North and South Coasts = Usually 2-3 working days
Cape Town, Stellenbosch etc and surrounds = Usually 2-3 working days
Eastern Cape – PE, EL and surrounds = Usually 3 working days
Plettenberg Bay = 4-5 working days
Free State – Harrismith, Clarens = 2 working days
Rustenburg = Usually 2 working days
Middelberg = Usually 1-2 working days
Nelspruit = 1-3 working days
Krugersdorp = Usually 1-2 working days
Polokwane, Limpopo = Usually 3-4 working days
(We’re not limited to the above list – this is just to give you an idea of delivery time, so that you can plan your ordering)
Post Office: Usually 5 working days
Only one delivery address per order.
We despatch after we receive POP. Couriers collect daily after lunch, for those who wish to catch the day’s collection. If paying Direct Transfer, the best is to send the POP to yourself and then forward the POP to firstname.lastname@example.org as sometimes we may not get it, or the bank is slow and you might end up missing that day’s collection.
Note: Occasionally…Murphy’s Law pops up, so please order early!
Correct STREET Code:
Please make sure that you enter the correct STREET code (NOT the BOX code) in your delivery address, so that the system can work out if you qualify for free courier or charge the correct courier amount.
Note that if you put the box code instead of a STREET code, the system will automatically default to the max courier fee – as the system cannot courier to an unmanned P.O box address. We can only courier to a physical address – So make sure that you put your STREET code. If you’re not sure what it is, click here.
Changing/ adding to your Order:
If you wish to go back and increase your order, remember to click on “Recalculate”, so the system removes the courier charge (if your order is increased to over the minimum). If you’re not sure, send me an email: email@example.com
Check your Junk Folder!
Once you have completed your order, you’ll get an email from us confirming your order. Please check in your junk folder for this confirmation as the bank details (for Direct Transfer) will be on this email.

Payment methods: Direct Transfer, Zapper and SnapScan
Please note that Direct Transfer and Zapper payments need for us to process them manually on the system, so it may take a few hours for “Processing” to show on your order – especially if you place your order out of shop hours/ weekends/ Public holidays. SnapScan is automatic and so “Processing” will show immediately on your order (any time of day or night). This doesn’t mean that Snapscan orders will be despatched first – we process all orders in numerical order, after we receive POP, regardless of the payment type.

Please be certain of your purchase (including your choice of flavour/size) as there are no returns. A product is considered contaminated once it leaves us.
A Note from our Tech Guy!
When logging in, you have maximum of 3 Login Attempts. If you exceed this, the system will lock you out! This is to protect against hackers. You will be locked out for 10 minutes, after which you can try again. If you need help resetting your password, simply email or whatsapp me! (Best is to copy and paste your new password and keep it safe for next login). Remember to check your junk folders for comms from us.
