Here are 10 things that work for me to be ready for the sun and fun!

  1. Don’t over-think it. Just start.
  2. Choose sports/activities that you enjoy.
  3. Choose foods that you enjoy. Foods from the earth.
  4. Use Fat-Less and LeanPlex (and MCT Oil – if you’re on very low carb)
  5. Get your heart rate up 3-4 times a week.
  6. Include strength training – kettlebells/ weights
  7. Pace yourself – a healthy, great body continues after the beach.
  8. Don’t underestimate the value of a little. A little is better than nothing.
  9. Get 8 hours sleep. Little sleep makes you fatter.
  10. Ignore motivation – Train anyway when you don’t feel like it.
