Here are 10 things that work for me to be ready for the sun and fun!
- Don’t over-think it. Just start.
- Choose sports/activities that you enjoy.
- Choose foods that you enjoy. Foods from the earth.

- Get your heart rate up 3-4 times a week.

- Pace yourself – a healthy, great body continues after the beach.
- Don’t underestimate the value of a little. A little is better than nothing.

- Ignore motivation – Train anyway when you don’t feel like it.
