4. Get your heart rate up 3-4 times a week.
5. Include strength training.
6. Pace yourself – a healthy, great body continues after the beach.
7. Don’t underestimate the value of a little. A little is better than nothing.
8. Get 8 hours sleep. Little sleep makes you fatter.
9. Ignore motivation – Do it anyway.
10. Eat what you need, not what you want.
