A Note from our Tech Guy…
When you register on our site (to place your first order), please check your JUNK folder for emailed comms from us. We will email you a password.
If / when you change your password, best is to use ‘copy and paste’ to keep the exactness of your new password. (Obvious… I know, but so many get caught)
Once you have registered on our site, you have a maximum of 3 Login Attempts with your password each time (to place an order).  If you exceed this, the system will lock you out: You will not even be able to see the site! It will give you a “404” screen. This is to protect against hackers.
If you have locked yourself out, you may need to clear the cache on your device; OR use a different browser (this is easiest); OR use another device.
If you need help resetting your password, simply whatsapp me 0836380277 (Megan) and I will do it for you.

Very important!! When you place your order, please make sure that you enter the STREET code of your address, NOT the box code. (If you enter the box code, the system will automatically charge you the MAX courier fee and you won’t get FREE courier! Double-check your STREET code here)
You can still order for less than R1050! (but then there’ll be a courier fee) Orders over R1050 = Free Delivery!

We know our formulas (and how they perform together) better than anyone else in the world. So come to the source – We have helped literally thousands of athletes over the years. To find out what to use and when, search for your sport in the menu under “YOUR Sport” and read what you need to take and when  to get and how to get your BEST (safe) athletic performance.

If we have left out your sport, simply send us an email and we will add a new post with the supplement instructions for your particular sport:

Please note that we need to process your orders manually on the system,  so it may take a few hours for “Processing” to show on your order – especially if you place your order out of shop hours/ weekends/ Public holidays.
Our bank details will be on our reply email to you. (Remember to check your junk folder!)
It is best is to send the POP to yourself and then forward the POP to megan@paceandpower.co.za as sometimes we may not get it, or if the bank is slow, you might end up missing that day’s collection.
Note: To catch today’s collection, you’ll need to order and send through POP before lunchtime.

Returns Policy:

Please be certain of your purchase (including your choice of flavour/size) as there are no returns. A product is considered contaminated once it leaves us.

1-4 WORKING days after we receive payment. (No collections or deliveries on weekends or Public Holidays).
For example:
Johannesburg = Usually 1-2 working days
Pretoria and surrounds = Usually 1-2 working days
Durban = Usually next working day
PMB, KZN North and South Coasts
= Usually 2 working days
Cape Town, Stellenbosch etc and surrounds = Usually 2-3 working days
Eastern Cape – PE, EL and surrounds = Usually 3 working days
Plettenberg Bay = 4-5 working days
Free State – Harrismith, Clarens = 2 working days
Rustenburg = Usually 2 working days
Middelberg = Usually 1-2 working days
Nelspruit = 1-2 working days
Krugersdorp = Usually 1-2 working days
Polokwane, Limpopo = Usually 3-4 working days
(We’re not limited to the above list – this is just to give you an idea of delivery time, so that you can plan your ordering)
Only one delivery address per order.
We despatch after we receive POP. Couriers collect daily early afternoon. Best is to send the POP to yourself and then forward the POP to megan@paceandpower.co.za as sometimes you might end up missing the day’s collection because the bank’s POP is slow.
