10 Things You Can Do TODAY to start losing fat

  2. If possible (that is, no medical or injury or age-related limitations), exercise 6 days a week: Alternate between hard and easy workout days. Rest at least one day per week. Rest from your eating programme too…

  4. Train at a time of day where you know will be the most consistent.
  5. Start small – forget your previous successes/failures. No analysis-paralysis…
  6. Stash the goal (in the back of your head) but make the process fun.
  7. Choose activities that you love and participate with people who are cool to hang out with.
