7 Simple Things to Lose Fat
1) Exercise 5-6 days a week. Choose wisely so that training is joyful.
2) Variety: Both in exercise choice and food.
3) Don’t go “on diet”/transformation challenge etc. Choose a manageable (life-long) program.
4) Eat/drink unprocessed. Limit sugar and alcohol. Eat colours. Eat until satisfied, not full.
