Which flavour is best for me?
What is Monk Fruit Extract? (MFE)
It is type of melon that grows in the mountains of southern Asia. It tastes sweet and is dark in colour when ripe. The extract has zero calories. Our Monk Fruit Extract is 100% pure! Nothing added. (Berry and Tangerine only)
Note because Monk Fruit Extract is dark in colour, it is normal to see dark flecks of the fruit in the powder.

Suggested dosage and intake according to bodyweight:
Bodyweight x ~8ml to ~10ml /hr. (Although, this may vary according to personal preference).
Please note however: Personal preference, type and intensity of your sport, training history, gender, age, medical history, ambient temperature all affect hydration rate. Please discuss you hydration strategy with your medical doctor.
50kgs = 1 scoop in 500ml water. Drink ~400-500ml per hour
75kg = 1.5 scoops in 750ml water per hour. Drink ~600-750ml per hour
100kg = 2 scoops in 1 litre water. Drink ~800-1000ml per hour

FAQ: How much should I use as an Enduro Rider?
Because of the intensity of Enduro Riding, (plus the ambient temperature and the heat from the protective clothing – including the helmet) the hydration needs to be higher than other sports (like cycling, MTB, Running, Trail etc)
So how much EnduraPower should you drink? For Enduro Riders ONLY…
