How to Use GL

One rounded scoop of Pace & Power L-Glutamine provides 6.6g (6600mg) of 100% pharmaceutical grade L-Glutamine (free form)

Recommended use:

Take before and/or immediately after training: Add one scoop to unheated liquid.

Many of our athletes simply add one scoop to EnduraShake, EnduraPower, or LeanPlex.

Adults: Take 1-3 scoops of L-Glutamine powder daily, or use as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

For healthy gut support, take 1-3 scoops of L-Glutamine powder daily in split doses: Simply take in water or add to your green smoothie.

For children: Ages 3 – 18 years use up to 0.7 grams per kg of body weight.
