FAQ: How to use Jireh Ndure
Drink:
• Before your workout as an easy, liquid-food and then again afterwards for great recovery!
• Or ANYTIME…for sustained protein and energy during a busy day.
Suggested serving sizes: 1 scoop in 250ml water; or 2 scoops in 500ml water.
Jireh Ndure has the advantage of good electrolyte levels and magnesium.
Its 4 to 1 ratio of carb to protein is known to support endurance, muscle repair and recovery.
The protein JirehPro is in itself an excellent source of protein with good BCAA levels.
It is digestible and bioavailable.
One scoop serving covers many needs.
Two scoops may work for well for some, but as with any new supplement, start with a smaller dose (1 scoop) and use 1 scoop more frequently. 1 scoop will digest well and fulfill its purpose.
For your EVENT:
• CARBO/NUTRITION-LOAD: 3 days before a event:
Take 1 scoop in 200-250ml water; 10h00, 15h00 and before bedtime (1 scoop, 3 times in a day).
• BEFORE: Take 1 (or 2) scoops 45 minutes before.
• DURING: According to personal preference take 1 (or 2) scoops as and when required.
• AFTERWARDS: 1 (or 2) scoops for recovery.
* POST EVENT: After extreme events/sessions, continue taking 1-2 servings per day for 1-4 days.

Yes – if you’re using Jireh Ndure for daily training, or as a sustaining balanced meal during a busy day. It does contain some electrolytes. For Daily training, you can absolutely use Jireh Ndure with nothing else but water.
For long sessions or events, it’s best to use Jireh Ndure together with EnduraPower or GT Gel
